WARNING: This action will reset your extension config file, thereby wiping out any saved passwords, and settings and will wipe out any unsynced activity for your account or the accounts of others on this computer. After reseting, please restart any Adobe apps that are currently running TimeTracker.
In addition to following these instructions to reset your config file if you could send us your TimeTracker data files it could help us better understand these issues for the future.
- Open the extension data folder.
- On Mac
- Open Terminal (/Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app or just use Spotlight)
- Copy and paste the following line into Terminal and then hit Enter:
open ~/Library/Application\ Support/CreativeWorx
- On Windows
- Navigate to
C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\CreativeWorx\(if the AppData folder is hidden, try copy and pasting the path into the File Explorer address bar then edit it to use the username of the account you’ve installed TimeTracker on).
