Configuring Microsoft Exchange Outlook Delegate (locally)
This step allows individual employees to authorize the TimeTracker delegate to retrieve meeting calendar entries to be placed in their timesheets. This is only necessary when the Exchange Administrator doesn't grant access broadly across the organization.
Deliver Meeting Requests addressed to me and responses to meeting requests where I am the organizer to:
Select the 1st radio button:
- "My delegates only, but send a copy of meeting requests and responses to me (recommended)"
Then add the TimeTracker User that to be used as the TimeTracker Delegate.
Outlook Account Information
After selecting the delegate, the employee must grant permissions to that delegate.
