For TimeTracker Individual and Teams accounts
Timetracker will send a Welcome email that allows you to set your password. If that email is never received, you can have a Password Reset email be sent by visiting:
Enter the email address and click "Submit". If TimeTracker has an account with that email address, TimeTracker will send out an email with a link to reset the password.
Note for LDAP users
If your company has a TimeTracker Enterprise account which uses your company login (instead of your email), then TimeTracker does not manage your password. You would have to contact your IT administrator about how to reset your password.
