If you ever need to reset the Default settings of the TimeTracker Desktop Application on a Mac, it's a simple task.
1. Close the TimeTracker Desktop Application.
2. Open Spotlight (type command-space or click the magnifying glass in the upper right to get the Spotlight search field. Enter "terminal" without the quotes. You should see a window something like this:
In older versions, we used a slightly different structure for the domain. So to ensure there are no residual files, simply run both terminal commands in bold below.
3. Enter defaults delete com.openhour.timetracker
4. Enter defaults delete com-openhour-timetracker
Notice that the periods are replaced with dashes.
If successful, you will simply get the prompt again with no message for each command.
If it fails, it will likely say something like "Domain (com.openhour.timetracker) not found. Defaults have not been changed." That's okay. Just make sure that you've typed the characters properly. We recommend you copy and paste the bold characters to avoid typos.
